Mara and I should have gone to TinyTalk this morning but I decided not to go.  Last week Mara spent a lot of the classes crying as she was tired, at the moment she has a nap in the morning.

I seem to be constantly withdrawing money from the bank to pay for activities or groups that my three children attend.  Between them they attend ballet/tap lessons, street dancing, toddler group, TinyTalk baby signing and swimming lessons.  There is also the cost of the petrol used to take them to all these places.  They have a far better social life than me!

 So instead of going out this morning we have stayed at home and made some oat biscuits.  Mara is now asleep and I am catching up on some work.

Mara seems to have decided that she can talk so doesn’t need to sign.  She babbles away and points saying, ‘that’.  Most of her babble isn’t understandable but she clearly thinks it is!   She hasn’t signed much at all this week but I have been still using signs in the hope that she will pick up where she left off and start to sign again.
