Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Chelltune you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions:

Prices
All prices are quoted in £’s sterling & are inclusive of VAT.

Payments
Credit card/debit card payments are taken via the highly secure Nochex payment site. There is no need to set up an account. Transactions will appear on your statements as ‘Nochex’ not ‘Chelltune’.
We will also accept cheques and postal orders. Cheques should be made payable to Michelle Thompson and sent to the address on the contact us page. Details of payee will also be displayed when checking out. Items will be despatched once funds have cleared.

Delivery Times
We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours. Ebooks will be delivered to your email address within 24 hours of us receiving your payment.
Deliveries to UK mainland addresses are charged at a flat rate of £1.95 - for addresses outside the UK mainland, please contact us for a price. See product descriptions for any exceptions to this term.
Orders are despatched via Royal Mail. Please note that some of our products may not fit through your letterbox therefore if you are not at home, Royal Mail will arrange for you to collect the parcel from the local depot. We accept no liability for goods lost in transit. Should this occur, as part of our customer service, we will seek compensation from the Post Office. The customer will be offered a full refund.

Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order then you must contact us immediately. If an order is cancelled before despatch, a refund will be made straight away. If your order has already been despatched it will be classed as a return so you must therefore follow the returns procedure.

Returns
We are confident that you will be more than happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, you are free to return your item. We request that you return it in its original packaging within seven days of receipt. The item/s should be complete and undamaged.
Each order is thoroughly checked before despatch to ensure that all goods are in perfect condition. However if on receipt you find your goods to be faulty we will either refund in full or exchange the item.
Please note that refunds or exchanges will be at our discretion. Unless the goods are faulty, return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We advise that goods are returned with proof of posting.
Ebooks are excluded from our returns policy in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
